Windows 7
Windows 7’s Aero system (the fancy graphcis) slows down the connection. So we’ll turn it off temporarily while you are connected. Before clicking to connect, below, please do the following steps:
- Click Start > Control Panel
- Click Appearance and Personalization.
- Under Personalization, click Change the Theme.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Windows 7 Basic.
